Fire & smoke damage — from first extraction to final paint.
Fire damage is rarely just the burn area. Smoke travels through HVAC, settles on every surface, and embeds in textiles. We clean what you can see and restore what you can't — all under one GC license.
Soot, smoke, odor — and the rebuild that follows.
After the fire department leaves, you're often left with water damage from suppression, soot on every surface, smoke embedded in porous materials, and a structure that needs demolition and rebuild. One phone call puts all of that on one contractor.
- Emergency board-up, tarping, and security stabilization
- Water extraction and drying (fire suppression aftermath)
- Soot cleaning — dry sponge, wet wash, abrasive per surface
- Smoke odor removal — HEPA, thermal fogging, ozone or hydroxyl
- HVAC cleaning and decontamination — ducts, coils, blowers
- Contents pack-out, inventory, restoration, and return
- Full reconstruction — framing, drywall, paint, flooring, cabinetry
From board-up to move-in — one accountable team
Secure
Board-up, tarping, utility check. Photographed to carrier standards before anything is touched.
Mitigate
Water extraction, soot containment, HEPA filtration. We stop cross-contamination before cleaning.
Restore
Contents, surfaces, HVAC, odor. Itemized inventory for your adjuster.
Rebuild
Framing, drywall, paint, flooring — same GC, through final inspection.
Fire & smoke questions
Yes — with the right process. Surface cleaning alone does not remove odor; odor molecules embed in porous materials and HVAC. We combine HEPA filtration, thermal fogging or ozone/hydroxyl treatment, and HVAC decontamination to eliminate VOCs at the source.
No. We do contents pack-out to an off-site cleaning facility. Textiles, electronics, documents, and most soft goods can be restored if salvaged within 24–72 hours. We produce a line-item inventory so your carrier can decide what to restore vs. replace.
A small kitchen fire can be complete in 2–3 weeks including rebuild. Major structural fires typically run 2–4 months. We provide a carrier-approved timeline after first inspection.
Fire damage doesn't stop when the flames do.
Soot and smoke keep causing damage until they're professionally removed. Let's get you back home fast.
